A little package of warmth

We like to keep you warm and cosy at Fern Shawls. All our shawls use 100% pure new wool woven in Wales. Then we sew them together in our own factory here in Wales.  All linings are also sourced locally .  Our products are styled to make the perfect gift – and to make it easy, we’ve tailored the shawls to be a “one size fits all”. Just wear it in a wrap-around style, or let it drape naturally.

To keep the garment clean and convenient, it may be kept folded within the tailored bag supplied. If the weather chills, simply slip on the shawl and allow the embrace of instant warmth to be on hand.

To make the shawl a personalised gift with embroidery, please let us know on the ordering page; up to 20 characters long (including spaces) included in the price.

Fern shawls manufacture two ranges. The more popular Denbigh range which are made of 100% pure new wool, with a soft feel.  The wool is woven in Wales and stitched together in Pembrokeshire. Due to repeated requests, we extended our range to include the exclusive Dyfed Mill Special range. Made to the same high standards and patterns, but using locally cloths woven close by in Ceredigion.  These are specialist wools such as alpaca or 100% new wools from private flocks or rare breeds. See individual products for details. We can now include our Anharad range of shawls commissioned by us and then woven by Curlew Mills in Ceredigion woven in 100% british wool.
